So, if I did my homework right, a duke or duchess rules over only certain territories and their daughter would be considered a Lady. Which fits a bit better with her story than just being a princess. So in this universe, Thorn lives in The Nature Realm and being that there are other nature elementals around, each set rules over certain plant life throughout the forests. Thorn and her mother preside over the more toxic and carnivorous plant life. And as prissy and refined as she may look...... she's quite the opposite. Thorn keeps up a good face during royal meetings and such but on most occasions proper grammar and ladylike manners just fly out the window. She prefers using more slang in her speech, which irks her mother to no end. She doesn't like hate the fact that she's royal but one thing she does hate is being cooped up in the castle all the time. She likes to travel, explore and especially travel outside the borders of the forest. Another thing that her mother frowns upon. Though her mother only looks down on these things she does is because Thorn normally manages to get herself into trouble and she just wants her to stay safe. However, when she does allow Thorn to travel through the forest or outside it then she MUST have the protection of guards with her. Which really is in vain because "Lady" Thorn always manages to ditch them and go on her own adventures. X3

I may end up drawing "Lady Thorn" a few more times. I really like how her design came out :3 ))
